LWV Hancock County Riley Days Parade The League of Women Voters of Hancock County had a wonderful time last Saturday participating in this years Riley Days Parade in Greenfield, Indiana. This years Riley Days Festival was themed around the James Witcomb Riley poem, “Out to Old Aunt Mary’s”. So our very own Linda Dunn walked as Old Aunt Mary and reminded people that she didn’t get to vote until 1920. We wore banners and hats and even had a gold vintage car provided by some LWVHCIN members to show off! We passed out voter location information as well as stickers and buttons. A fun time was had by all who attended.
